付款及訂單

• 所有款項必須於送貨日前付清，所有按金及已付款項均不獲退還。
• 若顧客已付訂單之款項，請以電話/傳真/電郵通知本店以作核實。
• 付款方法︰現金、易辦事、轉帳、Payme、微信支付、支票及Paypal
• 為確保貨品質素，顧客請不少於2天前(48小時前)訂購貨品，所有訂單一經核實，顧客不能取消。
• 即日訂單不能指定款式，亦沒有任何折扣優惠。
• 緊急訂單附加費用 - 九龍區︰$50 、 香港及新界區︰$100
• 訂購開張花籃/帛事花籃 - 九龍區︰$600起、新界區及香港區︰$800起，不足基本價格之訂單將不獲接受或需繳付額外附加費。
• 對於送貨時間起計5個小時內的開張花籃/帛事花籃訂單，本店將會收取附加費，香港區及新界區︰$100、九龍區︰$50。
• 所有貨品所顯示的價格，並不包括拍照留檔，拍照只是附帶給客人，如沒拍照，客人不得爭議。
• 若要求必需拍照，本店將收取拍攝費用，費用為每張相片港幣$10。
• 若客人需附帶禮物，本店有權收取附加費。
• 若客人對貨品有任何不滿及投訴，請於貨品送抵後一小時內來電告之，逾時恕不接納。
• 除非得到客人的同意，在任何情況下，本店絕不會透露客人任何資料。

取消及更改訂單

• 所有已核實的訂單均不能取消，已付的訂金及款項均不獲退還。
• 所有已確認的訂單如要更改送貨日期，必須繳付$100附加費。
• 我們會以電話形式於二十四小時內核實以傳真、電郵及網上發出之訂單，若閣下於二十四小時後仍未收到我們的核實電話，請立刻聯絡我們。
• 所有貨品從本店出門開始，均不接受任何資料更改。如需更改，本店需收取額外費用。
• 所有貨品如有更改，必須於二十四小時前以電話/傳真/電郵通知我們。而婚禮佈置之訂單，則須於一星期前以電話通知我們。
• 如顧客需更改賀咭/心意咭/輓咭內容。未送出者，心意咭則收取每張$5，賀咭/輓咭則收取每張$20。若已送出，心意咭則收取每張$100(連送回目的地)，賀咭/輓咭則收取每張$20(另加再送往目的地之運費約$100-200，視乎地區而定)。

送貨

• 本店送貨時間為上午9時至下午6時，如需提早或延遲送貨時間，本店將會收取附加費。
• 送貨當日若遇上掛8號颱風或黑色暴雨警告訊號，本店將暫停送貨服務而另作安排。
• 我們會竭盡所能於閣下指定時間將貨品送抵，惟恐送貨時間會受交通情況所影響，敬請見諒。
• 送貨服務需要收費，歡迎來電查詢。
• 所有貨品 (花球另議) 基本送貨費用︰港島區及新界區: $150起；九龍區: $100起；機場線及離島: 另議，歡迎來電查詢。
• 所有貨品 (花球另議) 緊急訂單送貨費用︰港島區及新界區: $200起；九龍區: $130起；機場線及離島: 另議，歡迎來電查詢。
• $900以下的新張花籃/帛事花籃，送往香港區或新界區將另加$80送貨費用。

季節性供應

• 基於花乃自然種植的植物，任何花種均會受季節問題而影響供應。本網頁提供的參考圖片內之花種未必能全天候供應。若有此情況出現，我們會以同等或更高價格之花種代替。
• 另外，基於上述理由，花種之顏色或會與網頁內之參考圖片有所出入，但我們會盡力提供閣下要求之顏色，敬請留意。
• 如鮮花、鮮果及禮品供應受到季節性或質素影響而缺貨，本店將會通知客人及得到客人的同意下更換訂購貨品的主花，而配花的更換則不會另作通知。
• 參考圖中的花盆、籃款或配飾用品如遇到缺貨時，本店將另行選用適合之容器、配飾替代，而不另作通知。
• 花美儀花店保留更改貨品價格而不作預先通知之最終決定權。若有任何爭議，會以花美儀花店之決定為最終決定。

Terms & Conditions

Order and Payment

• The sum of money must be settle before the delivery day, all deposits paid and payment are non-refundable.
• Please let us know by phone/fax/email for confirmation of payment.
• Payment: Cash, EPS, Tansfer, Payme, Wechat pay, Cheque and Paypal
• Please make order 48 hours before delivery, no cancellation of order is accepted after confirmation has been made.
• No discount for the order which made and request delivery on the same day.
• Additional charge for urgent order - Kowloon district: $50, Hong Kong Island and New Territory: $100
• Basic order for Flower Basket for Grand Opening/Sympathy - Kowloon district: $600 up, Hong Kong Island and New Territory: $800 up. Orders will not be accepted or additional fee will be charged if the order could not meet the basic order requirement.
• Additional fee will be charged for the Grand Opening/Sympathy order made within 5 hours to the delivery time, $100 for Hong Kong Island and New Territory. $50 for Kowloon District.
• All prices shown are not included the photo taking fee. No product's photo is supposed to be provided.
• HKD $10 per photo will be charged as photo taking fee if provision of product's photo is requested.
• Additional fee will be charged subject to the attachment of personal gift.
• In case of any complaint, please made within one hour after product was delivered. No complaint will be accepted after that.
• No personal information of client will be revealed unless we are permitted to do so.

Change / Cancellation of order

• No cancellation of order is accepted after confirmation has been made, all payment or deposit are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• For all confirmed order, additional fee HKD $100 will be charged for changing of delivery day.
• All orders made by fax / email / online will be confirmed by us within 24 hours. If you do not receive our confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately.
• No change of order is accepted after delivery of product is started. Additional fee will be charged if order must be changed.
• If you wish to change your order, a notification of 24 hours by phone/fax/email is required; and 1 week phone notice is required for wedding decoration arrangement.
• Content amendment for Congratulation card/Gift card/Sympathy card will be charged. HKD $5 for gift card and HKD $20 for congratulation/sympathy card if delivery not yet been made. HKD $100 (re-delivery charge included) for gift card and HKD $20 (not include the re-delivery charge, which is subject to the district of delivery) for congratulation/sympathy card if delivery has already made.

Delivery

Our delivery time is from 9 am to 6 pm, and we will charge an additional fee for early or delayed.

Delivery service will be suspended and rearranged if No. 8 signal or Black rainstorm warning signal in force.

We will try to accommodate the requested delivery time but will be subject to traffic situations.

Basic Delivery fee (Exclude Bridal bouquet): Hong Kong Island and New Territory: $150 up; Kowloon: $100 up; Airport express line and offshore islands: please contact us for details.

Delivery fee for urgent order (Exclude Bridal bouquet): Hong Kong Island and New Territory: $200 up; Kowloon: $130 up; Airport express line and offshore islands: please contact us for details.

Additional fee $80 will be charged for flower basket for Grand opening/Sympathy ,which under $900 and request deliver to Hong Kong Island or New Territory district.

Seasonal Availability

• Due to seasonal and regional availability of flowers, not all flowers shown in the catalogue are available at all time. Substitution of flowers of similar style with equal or greater value may be necessary.
• As flowers are natural products, colours may vary from that shown in the catalogue / photo references. However, we will try our best to maintain colour scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.
• In case of the availability of flowers, fruits or gifts are affected by the seasonal and regional availability or the quality problem, prior notice will only be given if the main items needed to be changed. Prior notice will not be given to the change of side items.
• If the flower pot, basket or side items in the reference photo are not available, we will substitute with the suitable container or side items without prior notice.
• Fa May Yee reserves the right to adjust the prices of flower arrangements without prior notice; in case of any disputes, the decision of Fa May Yee shall remain final.
